The Wild Return Retreat

Whidbey Island, Washington

October 5-9, 2026 | Limited to 6 Women Only

The Wild Return is for women ready to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters. This five-day retreat is designed to help you come home to your small corner of the world and yourself.

Join a circle of six women for an intimate, restorative retreat at the Langley Retreat house, nestled on a serene three-acre forested property surrounded by quiet woods, ocean air, and the gentle rhythm of island life.

You’ll feel nourished every moment with the support of vibrant food, meditation, journal writing, and group sessions with a community of like-hearted women.

About The Wild Return Retreat

After a purposeful pause spent deepening my study of depth work and reconnecting with my true self, this retreat represents a return to the world—bringing back wisdom about what it means to move from presence rather than productivity, to trust your small corner of the world as enough, and to recognize that your sacred calling isn't what you do but who you're being.

Using Christina Baldwin's book The Seven Whispers as our guide, we'll explore the radical act of slowing down in a world that demands we work "at an inhuman pace." This isn't about finding answers or accumulating more knowledge—it's about remembering the wisdom that already lives within you, the magnificence you possess right now, not after the next achievement.

This retreat is for women ready to stop blaming themselves and return responsibility to systems that weren't built for them. It's for those willing to excavate the shadows that keep them from their sacred calling, to reclaim their authentic voice, and to embrace what we might call rewilding herself.

Our Five Days Together:

October 5 · Welcome

Arrival begins in the late afternoon. Unpack, meet your circle of like-hearted women+, walk the grounds, enjoy a welcoming spread of food and beverages, and settle in by the fireplace. The evening includes gentle introductions and an invitation to arrive fully in body, heart, and spirit.

October 6 · Rooting Down

This day invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that already exists within you. Through guided practices and reflection, you’ll explore how to sustain inner steadiness and move at the pace of your own truth rather than external expectation.

October 7 · Trusting the Unfolding

Discover how to hold a clear sense of purpose while allowing life’s natural rhythms and surprises to guide you. You’ll explore where you may be holding too tightly, and practice releasing control to create space for insight and alignment with your deepest self.

October 8 · Loving Your Small Corner of the World

This day focuses on authentic connection, both inwardly and outwardly. You’ll explore what it means to bring your presence, wisdom, and care into your daily life and relationships, returning to your world with renewed awareness and grounded presence.

October 9 · One Final Gathering

We conclude with a closing meditation and a nourishing Pacific Northwest brunch. Depart with a renewed sense of clarity, the awareness of your inherent wholeness, and a gentle integration of the work you’ve explored together.

  • Transportation is not provided, but we’re happy to help coordinate carpools or shared rides from the ferry terminal if needed.

  • To reach Whidbey Island, take the Mukilteo to Clinton Ferry. This ferry runs every 30 minutes and does not accept reservations. Arrive at the ferry terminal 20–30 minutes before your desired crossing time to ensure you make it on.

There is a small fee to ride the ferry—this is an out-of-pocket cost. We highly recommend driving a car onto the ferry rather than walking on, as there is limited public transportation on Whidbey Island and no Lyft or Uber available.

  • Absolutely. If you wish to extend your stay, I’ll provide a local guide with recommendations for lodging, dining, and exploration around the island.
