Before we begin, please read this agreement. This agreement covers my scope of practice as well as your rights as the client. Andrea Leda LLC reserves the right to update this policy as needed.

Client Disclosure and Informed Consent
Thank you for choosing to work with me. My work is focused on personal growth, coaching, and alternative techniques designed to support your emotional, mental, and whole-self development. These services are not licensed or regulated in Washington State (where I practice), and they are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
Nature of Services
I offer a variety of self-regulated, holistic techniques including:
Coaching: Partnering with you to explore goals, clarify perspectives, and develop strategies for personal or professional growth. I am a Professional Certified Life Coach, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and follow the ICF Code of Ethics.
Mental and Emotional Release® (MER®): A guided visualization technique designed to help you release limiting beliefs or emotions and create supportive future goals. I am a certified MER® Master Practitioner through the Association of Integrative Psychology.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP): A method for understanding and shifting patterns of thought, behavior, and communication. I am certified as an NLP Master Practitioner through the Association of Integrative Psychology.
Hypnosis and Visual Meditation: Trance-based techniques to support focus, relaxation, and personal growth. I am certified as a Hypnotherapist through the Association of Integrative Psychology.
Journal Therapy (Journal to the Self®): Structured writing techniques for self-reflection, personal insight, and creative growth. I am trained by the Center for Journal Therapy.

They are not licensed mental health therapy or medical treatment, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.o confirm whether or not any changes we made produced the desired results. It is your responsibility to communicate your results to us.

What to Expect
During your sessions:
You will be supported in exploring challenges, ideas, and personal growth strategies.
You may experience insights, emotional release, or behavioral shifts.
Any tools or techniques provided are for your consideration only; you are responsible for deciding how to use them.
If at any time I determine that you need support beyond my scope, I will provide referrals to licensed professionals.
Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, except as required by law (for example, reporting child abuse).
Email communication:
Responses are provided Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm PT, typically within 3–5 business days.
Emails are confidential and intended for the recipient only. Unauthorized review, use, or disclosure is prohibited.
Emails do not constitute licensed mental health advice and are considered part of coaching or guidance only.
Your Responsibility
You understand that:
This work is a “do-with” process; results are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for your choices and actions during and after sessions.
You may choose to consult licensed professionals if you wish to explore or verify any recommendations.
Payment Terms
All fees, payment plans, and related terms are outlined in our Payment Terms Agreement. Payment plans are offered without fees as a form of accessibility.
